There's tremendous value in being able to discuss your ideas with others in the same situation. Learning from others who may be experiencing the same issues currently or have dealt with them in the past very beneficial.
We also realise many growth companies are too small for a formal board and that an advisory board is sometimes doesn't provide enough breadth and depth.
We run a monthly lunch session for between 4 to 6 growth company owners and executives to sit down and hear from a specialist speaker or M3 introduced topic and then spend an hour or so discussing a particular issue around company growth over lunch.
Groups are selected so there is no conflict of interest and conducted under Chatham House Rules.
